Position Overview

This role acts as the primary liaison for clients, managing communication through phone calls and emails to address inquiries and requests. The Coordinator handles data entry and retrieval within computer databases, maintaining up-to-date records, files, and reservations. Standard office equipment operation and the preparation of correspondence, memos, and various documents using word processing and spreadsheet software are essential functions of this role.
