Cooler Technician

Role Overview

The position of Cooler Technician involves installing, maintaining, and repairing cooling units to guarantee their effective operation. The role also emphasizes delivering high customer satisfaction while upholding safety and quality regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage delivery, installation, and inventory tracking of coolers.
• Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance on cooling devices.
• Effectively address customer complaints aligned with company protocols.
• Generate and maintain reports related to maintenance, inventory, and spare parts.
• Work collaboratively with the Sales department to finalize service requests and emergency work orders (EWOs).
• Handle coolers and spare parts properly, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental guidelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• Skills in installing, maintaining, and repairing cooling systems.
• Competency in diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and handling of hazardous materials.
