Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Conversion Officer with 1 to 3 years of experience in the overseas education sector. The ideal candidate will possess deep understanding of the entire study abroad application cycle, encompassing stages from initial application through to final enrolment across key study destinations such as the UK, Canada, USA, Germany, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inbound calls and inquiries from educational partners.
- Successfully convert university offers into confirmed student enrolments.
- Provide comprehensive guidance to partners and students concerning applications, offers received, and subsequent steps.
- Oversee the end-to-end application process, ensuring smooth progression from application submission to enrolment.
- Coordinate closely with universities and internal teams to facilitate seamless processing.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, application trackers, and documentation records.
- Assist with visa documentation and provide process support for countries including the UK, Canada, USA, Germany, and Europe.
- Compose professional email communications, timely follow-ups, and respond effectively to queries.
- Stay informed about the latest admission criteria and visa regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years experience within the overseas education or admissions field.
- Strong familiarity with study abroad application procedures and enrolment protocols.
- Knowledgeable about visa requirements for major education destinations.
- Experience handling partner relations, providing counselling support, and converting leads into enrolments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and follow-ups proficiently.
- Good interpersonal skills with aptitude for coordination and problem-solving.
