Job Overview

We are seeking a Continental Commis Chef to join our kitchen team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role involves supporting senior chefs by assisting in ingredient and dish preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and learning professional cooking skills to contribute efficiently to the kitchen's operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing ingredients and organizing mise en place ahead of service.
• Perform intermediate cooking tasks, including preparing certain dishes or components under supervision.
• Oversee designated kitchen stations such as grills or sauces, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.
• Continuously enhance culinary skills and deepen understanding of cooking methods, kitchen processes, and the restaurant’s menu offerings.
• Provide support to senior chefs and sous chefs as required during active service periods.
