Content Team Lead

Role Overview

As a Content Team Lead for the Tax Authority in Doha, Qatar, you will spearhead the creation of bilingual content (Arabic and English) that supports strategic communication efforts, enhances taxpayer awareness, and boosts public engagement. Your leadership will cover overseeing content development, ensuring quality and compliance with governmental standards across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, review, and approval of bilingual content for various channels including digital platforms, campaigns, publications, and official communications, guaranteeing accuracy and consistency.
• Work closely with tax, legal, and communications teams to interpret complex tax laws and policies and translate them into clear, understandable content for businesses and the general public.
• Design and implement content strategies that encourage tax compliance, highlight new initiatives, and enhance stakeholder engagement while maintaining a uniform institutional voice.
• Manage translation, editing, and quality control processes for communication materials to ensure timely and aligned delivery with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline along with relevant certification(s).
