About Us
Baya Bar is a rapidly expanding açaí bowl and smoothie chain with 43 locations, recognized for its fresh, vibrant offerings and lively brand character. We are seeking a creative and personable Content Creator & Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce compelling photo and video content tailored for social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Travel to multiple Baya Bar outlets to document in-store atmospheres, customer interactions, and product imagery.
- Participate as on-camera talent in social media visuals, such as videos, reels, and promotional initiatives.
- Assist in crafting and arranging social media posts along with marketing materials.
- Support development of marketing collateral like flyers, promotional graphics, and digital campaigns.
- Work closely with the corporate marketing team to generate innovative content concepts and execute marketing plans.
- Help oversee content calendars and manage marketing documentation related to campaigns and projects.
- Keep abreast of evolving social media trends, varied content formats, and best marketing techniques to maintain brand relevance and engagement.
