Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to generate and develop engaging content ideas that align with project goals.
- Convert concepts into detailed scripts, storyboards, or shot lists to guide production efforts.
- Identify and recommend appropriate casting, locations, art direction, and wardrobe choices for projects.
- Organize logistical details including call sheets, shooting schedules, and required documentation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and approvals obtained.
- Handle video shooting by operating cameras and audio/video equipment to produce high-quality footage.
- Lead on-site production activities, managing crew and talent to ensure efficient execution.
- Address technical challenges during filming and maintain alignment with the creative vision.
- Possess foundational knowledge of video editing to oversee post-production.
- Guide editors during the editing phase to ensure final outputs meet the desired standards.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate production logistics.
- Manage relationships with clients and agencies to enable smooth project delivery.
- Oversee production budgets and timelines to maximize efficiency.
- Handle administrative tasks such as securing location permits, booking equipment, and scheduling personnel.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational capabilities with the aptitude to juggle multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
- Basic understanding of video production best practices, including lighting and sound setup.
- Effective problem-solving skills applicable throughout the entire production process.
- Meticulous attention to detail to create visually captivating and engaging content.
- Ability to perform well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Creative storytelling aptitude tailored to diverse audience needs.
- Awareness of current trends in video content and social media platforms is advantageous.
- Prior experience or proven results within a production house or creative agency is beneficial.
