TITLE: Content & Growth Strategist
DESCRIPTION:
Role overview Kinetiq Collective is seeking a proactive Creator Growth & Partnerships Manager, or an agency partner, to work closely with a creator operating in the career, skills, productivity, and personal growth space. The position brings together content research, partnership development, opportunity sourcing, and a long-term plan for creator growth.
Brand partnerships
- Identify collaboration opportunities that fit the creator’s audience and positioning.
- Coordinate campaign deliverables and payment tracking.
- Prepare media kits and partnership proposals for prospective collaborators.
Content development
- Research subjects related to careers, skills, and personal development.
- Create detailed educational material, guides, and supporting documents.
Opportunity management
- Find speaking engagements, workshops, and guest session opportunities.
- Reach out to schools, colleges, and organizations to build new connections.
- Develop relationships with professionals across relevant industries.
Strategic career planning
- Help shape long-term career objectives and expansion plans.
- Suggest growth opportunities that strengthen the creator’s reach and positioning.
- Evaluate partnership options and build a roadmap for future growth.
Administration
- Keep records of brand income, expenses, and overall revenue.
- Maintain reports and dashboards for tracking performance.
- Support documentation and general business organization.
Must-have skills and expectations
- Strong content-writing ability with a natural, human tone; AI-sounding writing is not acceptable.
- Prior experience finding paid brand collaborations for creators.
- Understanding of creator economy trends.
- Comfort working independently without constant supervision.
Preferred background
Experience in talent management, creator management, partnerships, PR, business development, or similar roles is a plus.
Having an existing network in Chennai is desirable.
Compensation
The role offers a fixed monthly salary of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000, along with performance incentives. Pay will depend on experience, network strength, and the ability to source opportunities and contribute to creator growth.
Location
This is a remote work-from-home role based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
