Content Associate

Overview

Join an innovative team as a Content Associate, where your role will be crucial in managing, refining, and promoting e-commerce platform content. You'll enhance merchant and customer engagement by ensuring accurate menu listings, leading promotional campaigns, and improving content quality with internal and external collaborators.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update menu listings to ensure precision and alignment with platform guidelines.
• Design and manage promotional content and marketing campaigns to boost merchant and customer interaction.
• Monitor content quality, identify procedural gaps or standard operating procedures (SOPs) needing enhancement, and suggest improvements.
• Deliver coaching and skills-development sessions to outsourced team members.
• Collaborate with account managers to quickly resolve urgent content-related issues.
• Handle escalated concerns and organize onsite merchant visits to address their needs and strengthen partnerships.
• Analyze workflows for inefficiencies, propose solutions, and assist with implementation to improve processes.
• Efficiently juggle multiple urgent tasks, including content updates, team coordination, and merchant engagements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related areas.
• Two to three years of professional experience in content management, quality assurance, or similar roles within e-commerce or retail sectors.
• Operational knowledge of content management systems and tools.
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations.
• Experience collaborating with outsourced teams is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proactivity in problem-solving with an emphasis on process enhancements.
• Experience in managing and coaching outsourced teams.
• Solid interpersonal and teamwork skills to coordinate with account managers, merchants, and cross-functional teams.
• Proven aptitude for multitasking and prioritization under pressure.
