About the Role
This role focuses on delivering solutions within the construction fabrication discipline independently, using established protocols and scientific methods to evaluate and select appropriate actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks related to Smart Plant Construction, foundations, and connected systems.
- Handle engineering, procurement, and construction data by querying, structuring, cleaning, and transforming datasets to support imports, exports, analytics, and reporting.
- Create and implement plans for project material storage, transportation, handling, and First-Time Material management (FTM).
- Conduct material tagging, bagging, and reconciliation activities for project materials.
- Compile lists of shipped loose items accurately.
- Maintain records for rented equipment, calibration certification, and specialized tools and tackles.
- Oversee inventory management for tools and tackles specific to each discipline, identifying shortages effectively.
- Keep updated master logs for Plant & Equipment (P&E), scaffolding, High-Value Test Equipment (HVE), and consumables.
Qualifications and Experience
- Associate degree or diploma in Material Management.
- Minimum of five years of experience in Oil & Gas, Fabrication, Construction, Marine, or Petrochemical sectors as a systems administrator.
- Knowledgeable in Offshore and Onshore Engineering 3D design and detailing data management tools such as S3D, E3D, Tekla, and Spoolgen.
- Proficient user of computer systems, specifically skilled in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Well-versed in diverse processes and procedures through formal job training and extensive on-the-job experience.
