Role Overview

We are seeking a responsible and experienced individual to oversee the construction and finishing phases of a hotel project located in Morni Hills, Panchkula. The role also involves ongoing maintenance of the property once construction is complete.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily renovation and finishing activities at the hotel site.
• Coordinate and manage various skilled workers including painters, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and aluminium/window specialists.
• Verify quality of workmanship and ensure tasks are completed promptly and up to standards.
• Procure necessary construction materials, furniture, and other hotel-related supplies.
• Evaluate and compare vendor quotations, and assist in price negotiations.
• Manage the delivery, installation, and setup of furniture in rooms.
• Handle routine property upkeep and minor repairs.
• Recommend practical enhancements regarding room interiors, lighting, and general property aspects.
• Maintain detailed records of all purchases and expenses.
• Provide regular progress updates via photos and videos through WhatsApp.
• Take full responsibility for the property in the owner's absence.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven background in hotel maintenance, construction supervision, property management, or site supervision roles.
• Basic knowledge of civil works, painting, electrical, plumbing, and furniture installation.
• Familiarity with local vendors and markets is advantageous.
• Trustworthy and capable of independent, hands-on work.
• Strong negotiation skills with workers and vendors.
• Formal education is not mandatory; emphasis is on practical experience relevant to the job.

• Salary Range: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month based on experience
