Construction Helper

Job Overview

This role is designed for individuals willing to engage in physically demanding construction helper tasks with on-site work required at various outdoor locations. No formal educational qualifications are required, and training will be provided for suitable candidates.

Work Environment and Conditions

• Work takes place outdoors, including at heights, underground, and in confined spaces.
• Conditions may involve dusty environments and repetitive physical tasks.
• Handling of materials up to 23 kg (50 lbs) is required.
• Employment requires use of personal protective equipment including steel-toed safety boots and hard hats.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
• Setting up and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
• Supporting house framing by erecting walls and building roofs.
• Cleaning and organizing salvaged materials on site.
• Removing rubble and debris at construction locations.
