We are a family-run business with over 25 years of experience in executing and renovating commercial spaces.

Prepare construction cost estimates based on project documentation and bill of quantities.
Create bill of quantities for minor construction works.
Compile cost pricing data.
Assist in putting together comprehensive cost proposals for clients.
Request and analyze subcontractor offers.
Coordinate communication with project managers and site supervisors.

Completion of secondary or higher education in construction or related field.
Familiarity with budgeting software like RTS or Kros is a plus but not mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
Ability to work independently, with responsibility, precision, and reliability.
Strong communication skills.
Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Technical thinking ability.
Basic understanding of construction drawings is beneficial.
