About the Role
This position is for a Compliance Testing team member at Kotak Mahindra Bank. The role focuses on evaluating regulatory adherence, supporting testing activities, and coordinating closure of observations raised during compliance reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Work across compliance testing processes covering both RBS and non-RBS frameworks.
- Build and apply testing approaches to verify compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Examine large datasets to identify whether controls and processes meet regulatory standards.
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues identified during testing.
- Support work related to RBS data submissions.
- Monitor regulatory return submissions and review them for accuracy and completeness.
Education and Experience
- CA or MBA qualification is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance is expected.
Eligibility
