Responsibilities

• Traverse the district to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Establish and sustain informal networks and relationships within the local community.
• Gather insights on community sentiments and on-the-ground realities.
• Maintain consistent communication with your network.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to your reporting manager.
• Keep simple records documenting your networks and daily activities.

Required Attributes and Qualifications

• Possess a wide social circle across various communities within the city.
• Effective and confident communicator, comfortable engaging with people from all walks of life.
• Street-smart with in-depth knowledge of the city and strong local connections.
• Regular user of smartphones and messaging apps such as WhatsApp.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and dependable.
• Open and able to travel frequently within the district.
• Prior experience in roles involving fieldwork, local sales, community engagement, student organizations, NGOs, or frequent public interaction is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Graduation in any field; while formal education is secondary, relevant personality traits and social networks take precedence.
