Role Overview
This position requires an individual adept at engaging social media audiences and capable of juggling multiple projects effectively. Collaborating closely with Creative and Social teams, you will pioneer community engagement and foster authentic online interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify trending creators, products, and topics to generate viral user interactions.
- Engage with brands and communities across platforms to cultivate meaningful conversations and transform customers into community members.
- Oversee daily tasks including content posting, comment monitoring, and direct message responses.
- Craft engaging captions that align with brand tone yet resonate naturally within social platforms.
- Track trends and audience reactions to inform viral and shareable content creation, providing analysis on engagement metrics.
- Maintain a lively community by actively responding to DMs, comments, and user input.
- Apply SEO best practices to maximize search visibility and content shareability.
- Collaborate with creative teams in brainstorming and executing content strategies across various media channels.
Requirements
- Minimum two years’ experience managing social media, with demonstrated ability to handle concurrent projects.
- Proficient in daily community management activities such as posting and engagement monitoring.
- Strong brand voice representation skills and experience in fostering engagement through brand and community interactions.
- Experience partnering with creative teams to generate innovative content ideas and support brainstorming sessions.
