Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Commissioning & Testing Manager to lead the integrated test and commissioning efforts, including FAT, SAT, SIT, and phased commissioning processes, with relocation support available. The role requires extensive experience in managing complex systems testing within operational or greenfield sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the comprehensive testing and commissioning strategy covering Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), Site Integration Testing (SIT), and phased project commissioning.
- Ensure commissioning processes are aligned with airport operational readiness, including ORAT (Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer) standards.
- Oversee the planning, execution, management of defects, and formal acceptance of testing activities.
- Coordinate commissioning activities across multiple teams while managing constraints of live operational environments.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of eight years’ experience in systems commissioning and integrated testing environments.
- Proven experience with phased commissioning on operational or newly developed (greenfield) sites.
- Strong expertise in test governance and acceptance management procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate commissioning across multiple vendors and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with airport Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer (ORAT) processes is highly advantageous.
