Role Overview

We are looking for a Co-Owner to join us full-time onsite in Denkanikota. This pivotal role involves jointly leading the growth and strategic direction of the React Native Developers Community. Key responsibilities include crafting and implementing community strategies, steering product development activities, organizing events and workshops, and facilitating collaborative opportunities. The role also encompasses managing marketing efforts and social media campaigns to broaden community visibility, maintaining strong relationships with partners and sponsors, and enhancing member engagement. Active involvement in decision-making processes and overseeing day-to-day operations are essential to maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with community members, partners, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in sales and basic business development to aid in growing sponsorships, partnerships, and memberships.
• Experience in product development and planning to guide community-driven projects and initiatives.
• Strong marketing and social media capabilities for promoting events, content, and activities within the community.
• Background in technology communities, developer relations, or startups is advantageous.
• Ability to work onsite in Denkanikota, manage various responsibilities efficiently, and make informed decisions based on data.
• Strong organizational skills with a collaborative leadership approach; prior experience managing teams is a plus.
• Preferably, experience in software development, product management, or related fields, though not mandatory.
