Role Overview and Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team at Creative Dies & Moulds Private Limited in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and refining CNC machining instructions to ensure high-quality production. Key duties include programming using CAD/CAM software, defining precise toolpaths and machining parameters, simulating operations to prevent errors, and optimizing processes for efficiency.
This position also involves setting up machinery, configuring fixtures and workpiece securing methods, and maintaining thorough documentation of programs, setups, and tooling resources. The CNC Programmer will troubleshoot operational challenges, calibrate machines for accuracy, and oversee quality control to ensure all parts meet strict specifications. Implementing corrective actions to resolve any defects is also essential.
Additional Information
This role offers a monthly compensation in the range of 25,000 to 35,000 INR.
