Role summary
The Cluster Manager is accountable for expanding business, keeping operations running smoothly, and upholding strong business standards across every branch in the assigned cluster. This position calls for a results-driven leader who can guide teams, deliver ambitious AUM targets, and ensure full adherence to company policies and controls.
Reporting structure
The role reports directly to the Regional Manager and has a dotted-line reporting relationship with the Zonal Manager.
Eligibility criteria
To be considered, candidates should currently hold the grade of Manager or above. The maximum age limit is 50 years. For ABM candidates, a minimum of 5 years of service as a Branch Head is required.
Key result areas and performance measures
- Grow the gold loan portfolio by meeting the assigned AUM expansion targets.
- Drive new business by supporting branch-level targets and bringing in high-value customers, including HNIs.
- Achieve the expected incremental interest collection goals.
- Deliver targets for other financial products such as insurance, gold coins, and Gold SIP.
- Maintain asset quality by keeping Gold Loan AUM within the prescribed NPA limits.
- Strengthen business hygiene through regular branch visits and ensuring 100% monthly compliance.
Performance review cycle
Business performance is reviewed on a quarterly basis, while overall appraisal takes place annually.
Compensation
The offered pay is INR 50,000 to INR 90,000 per month.
