About the Role

We are looking to hire a Client Service Executive to join our Digital Marketing Agency located in Saligramam, Chennai. This full-time position offers a fixed annual salary of INR 4,00,000 alongside performance bonuses. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of experience and hold any graduate degree.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships by understanding clients' objectives comprehensively.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of digital campaigns including Social Media, SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads management.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Design, Content, and Performance Marketing to ensure timely project delivery.
• Organize client meetings and calls, providing weekly progress updates and detailed reportings.
• Contribute strategically by assisting in the development of marketing strategies and campaign plans.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in client servicing and communication with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of digital marketing practices, including Social Media Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications and adeptness in creating presentations.
• Ability to work under deadlines and achieve targets with a proactive mindset and client-centric approach.
