Job Description
We are looking for motivated and dependable Cleaners to join our team at one of our school locations. This role suits individuals who thrive in dynamic settings, have keen attention to detail, and are committed to maintaining clean, secure, and inviting environments for students, staff, and visitors.
Multiple casual positions are open, offering shifts on weekdays and weekends. Compensation aligns with award wages.
Key Duties
- Execute thorough general cleaning tasks with high standards
- Spot clean furnishings as needed
- Sweep and mop floors regularly
- Maintain cleanliness of toilets
- Collect and dispose of rubbish properly
- Clean glass surfaces, both inside and outside
- Dust all hard surfaces effectively
Candidate Profile
- Experience in commercial cleaning environments is advantageous
- Proven ability to work well within team settings
- Possession of a valid Police Check and Working with Children Check is mandatory
- Capability to follow instructions and work independently
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation
- Reliability and punctuality are essential
- Good knowledge of Work Health and Safety regulations
- Flexibility to work varied hours including public holidays
- Familiarity with floor care machines like scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is a plus
