Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frameworks for governance, cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management.

• Leverage technology and product innovation to create competitive advantages.

Candidate Profile

• Proven leadership in senior technology roles such as CTO, VP Engineering, Chief Product & Technology Officer, Chief AI Officer, or similar positions.
• Extensive experience managing and scaling engineering, technology, product, AI, data, or infrastructure teams.
• Demonstrated capability to operate at executive, founder, board, investor, or senior stakeholder levels.
• Strong strategic, commercial, and communication skills bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
• Track record of delivering complex technology, product, platform, or transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in current technology trends including AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and digital transformation.
• Passion for fostering innovation, inclusive leadership, and impactful technology teams.
• Interest in London or UK-based senior technology leadership roles with flexible work arrangements including hybrid or remote.
