Role Overview

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) based in Greater Philadelphia, you will be responsible for managing daily business operations to ensure seamless function of processes, systems, and teams in line with the organization's strategic objectives. This position demands partnering with executive leadership to convert strategy into actionable operational plans, overseeing key performance indicators, and driving ongoing enhancement across various service lines.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Direct daily operational activities and manage performance metrics to align with organizational goals.

• Lead budgeting processes and resource distribution to optimize financial performance and control operational costs.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management demonstrating strong analytical capabilities within complex, multi-service environments.
• Solid proficiency in finance, budgeting, and cost control to ensure effective resource management.
• Background in business planning including strategy formulation and execution.
• Demonstrated leadership ability in managing teams, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and leading change.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with executive leadership and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Industry experience in financial services or a related professional services sector is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline required; advanced degree such as MBA preferred.
