Role Overview
JSK Fashions Limited is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Chief Knowledge Officer to shape how information, expertise, and learning are managed across the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Design and guide company-wide knowledge management approaches, including governance models and operating frameworks.
- Collect, structure, and share organizational knowledge so it can be used to improve decision-making and support innovation.
- Work closely with leadership to make knowledge-sharing a standard practice across teams and functions.
- Create systems that capture proven practices, key learnings, and internal expertise for future use.
- Lead programs that strengthen organizational learning, team capability, and innovation outcomes.
- Manage knowledge repositories, content workflows, and collaboration platforms.
- Spot information gaps and develop practical solutions that make knowledge easier to access and use.
- Define and track measures that show how knowledge is being used and how it contributes to learning and organizational performance.
