Key responsibilities

• Create and implement the organization’s vision, strategic roadmap, and business priorities.
• Guide day-to-day operations to keep the business running smoothly and efficiently.
• Lead the executive team and help steer growth-focused initiatives.
• Spot new business opportunities, potential partnerships, and expansion paths.
• Oversee budgets, resources, and overall business performance.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, healthcare partners, and other stakeholders.
• Track financial results and support steady, sustainable growth.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare laws, internal policies, and industry requirements.
• Represent the company in high-level meetings, negotiations, and external business interactions.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
• Substantial background in executive leadership or senior management.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, business planning, and organizational leadership.
• Excellent capability in leadership, communication, and decision-making.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver strategic goals.
