About The Ned Doha
The Ned Doha is set inside Doha’s historic former Ministry of Interior building and offers a high-end hospitality experience that combines heritage character with modern elegance. The property brings together seven dining venues, 90 thoughtfully designed rooms, event spaces, and Ned’s Club, which includes a rooftop terrace, spa, gym, and a 30-metre outdoor pool.
The Opportunity
Millie’s is a warm and stylish dining concept focused on relaxed sophistication, familiar favourites, and attentive service with personality. The venue is seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team and help create memorable guest experiences.
Key Duties
- Take ownership of a designated kitchen section and run it with control and accuracy.
- Cook and plate dishes in line with the property’s presentation and quality expectations.
- Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen coordination.
- Keep food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at an excellent level.
- Bring ideas to menu creation and seasonal menu updates.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support a seamless and well-paced service.
About You
- You should already have experience working as a Chef de Partie, or be a confident Demi Chef de Partie ready for the next step.
- You need a real enthusiasm for food, ingredient quality, and attractive presentation.
- You should work well in a team and bring a practical, proactive attitude.
- You must be comfortable performing in a busy, fast-moving kitchen.
- You should demonstrate strong precision and a consistent commitment to high standards.
Compensation and Benefits
- Tax-free annual pay of QAR 48,000.
