Overview
Fulchester Consultants seeks a seasoned CEO & Executive Leadership Coach for a full-time remote role within the United States, including occasional travel requirements. This position partners with a thriving global business coaching leader, supporting high-growth companies by providing strategic leadership and executive coaching to business owners, CEOs, and senior leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor and coach to CEOs, enhancing their leadership performance and assisting with complex business challenges.
- Deliver targeted business coaching to senior executives aimed at boosting team collaboration, aligning strategic targets, and optimizing organizational performance.
- Manage critical projects by monitoring timelines, addressing obstacles, and applying strategic foresight.
- Assist partnered organizations with strategic planning, operational management, and investor relations to support their international growth ambitions.
- Serve as an intermediary between executive teams and external partners to facilitate smooth execution of key initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional projects that promote operational streamlining and efficiency improvements.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced CEO or senior business leader passionate about leadership development and strategic guidance.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in leadership, operations, or project management with a successful history of driving organizational growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills adept at engaging diverse teams and fostering collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Leadership, or related field; MBA desirable.
- Strategic thinker with excellent business acumen and ability to translate vision into practical actions.
