Job summary
This role focuses on supporting seller operations remotely. The person in this position will keep an eye on daily performance metrics, initiate on-ground support for sellers and audits when needed, coordinate with stakeholders inside and outside the organization, help launch new processes, and manage central control centre activities.
The ideal candidate should look at the customer journey end to end, take strong ownership, quickly spot patterns and disruptions, and pay close attention to details so they can anticipate the impact of data trends.
This team handles inbound and outbound operations through both voice and non-voice channels. Weekend work and shift-based schedules are required.
Roles and responsibilities
- Track the performance of assigned sites remotely through outbound calls, emails, and coordination with field executives.
- Act as the coordination point between field teams, sellers, and internal or external partners to ensure operations are completed accurately and on time.
- Guide sellers on execution requirements and ensure they follow the defined standards and operating practices.
- Develop and implement SOPs, review data, and recommend process or feature improvements that enhance seller experience.
- Be prepared to work on weekends.
Basic qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical discipline such as computer science, engineering, or statistics.
- Hands-on experience using Excel.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience working with SQL.
