Role Overview
We are seeking motivated, adaptable, and confident individuals to join our National Field Team as merchandisers, with opportunities to begin immediately in locations near you. This role involves working efficiently within a dynamic retail environment, representing various brands and products such as beauty, gift cards, household cleaning, grocery, and personal care in major retail stores including Coles, Priceline, and Big W.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement merchandising tasks including planogram setups, relays, point of sale installations, pricing, and ticketing activities across multiple retail stores.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with store personnel.
- Strong attention to detail for precise task execution.
- Problem-solving mindset with solution-oriented approach.
- Physical ability to lift items up to 15 kilograms.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Capability to receive point of sale materials at home.
- Comfortable using smart devices and various applications.
- Previous merchandising experience is preferred, but comparable experience in related fields will be considered.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive hourly wage of $34.34 plus superannuation and kilometer reimbursements.
