Role Overview

The role of a Care Assistant is vital and dynamic, providing life-enhancing support daily. You will assist individuals to maintain their independence at home while delivering personal care with dignity and respect, offering companionship, reassurance, and practical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Help individuals remain independent in their own residences
• Deliver personal care while respecting dignity
• Provide companionship and emotional comfort
• Support with medication management, mobility, and meal assistance
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive, local care team

Qualifications and Eligibility

There is no requirement for prior experience; full training and support are provided. We seek people who:

• Are naturally caring and compassionate
• Demonstrate reliability and dedication
• Show willingness and eagerness to learn
• Hold a full UK driving license and have access to a personal vehicle

Additional Information

• Pay rates: £13.45 per hour on weekdays, £13.55 per hour on weekends, plus mileage reimbursement
• Flexible shift patterns available including full-time, part-time, evenings, and weekends
• Both driving and walking routes are offered
• Free DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check funded by the company
• Local travel only with mileage paid for those who drive
