Job Summary
This role involves performing calibrations on dimensional and mechanical instruments to ensure precision and compliance with ISO and SAC-SINGLAS standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute calibration of dimensional and mechanical devices, including torque and force tools, both onsite and within the laboratory, adhering to established procedures.
- Precisely document calibration results on worksheets, preserving the integrity and consistency of test processes in line with ISO 9001 and SAC-SINGLAS ISO 17025 standards.
- Comply with management directives and carry out additional assigned tasks as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the team to uphold quality and accuracy in all calibration activities.
- Maintain comprehensive, legible records of all calibration operations.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Familiarity with SAC-SINGLAS ISO 17025 standards and requirements.
- Relevant technical certification or qualification in a related discipline.
- Experience with dimensional, mechanical calibration, and/or coordinate measuring machine (CMM) measurements.
- Strong commitment to work ethics and neat handwriting for clear documentation.
- Eligibility limited to Singaporean, Malaysian citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents.
