Role and Responsibilities
- Independently prepare competitive construction service offers compliant with VOB regulations.
- Analyze and assess tender documents thoroughly.
- Advise the management on all matters related to cost calculation.
- Monitor contracts throughout project phases up to final cost evaluation.
Candidate Profile
- Expertise in cost calculation and preparation of complex offers for public and private construction clients.
- Minimum of three years practical, multidisciplinary experience in existing building construction, for example as a site manager.
- Qualification as a master craftsman, technician, or completion of basic studies in construction or technical fields.
- Fluent business-level German communication skills, both spoken and written.
