Role Overview
The Butler position is critical in delivering outstanding guest services. Beyond attending to diverse guest requests, a Butler expertly discerns each guest's unique preferences to enhance their satisfaction with personalized recommendations and thoughtful touches. Acting as a vital connection among hotel departments—such as Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage—the Butler also supports these teams with assorted tasks during a guest's stay.
Responsibilities extend to coordinating transportation, securing dining reservations, and organizing special events, executed with professionalism and an eye for detail. By anticipating and exceeding guest expectations, Butlers ensure an exceptional, memorable experience that leaves guests feeling highly valued.
Hotel Facilities
Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh boasts a prestigious location within the Kingdom Tower, close to major business, shopping, and cultural centers. The hotel features 276 spacious rooms, including 39 suites. Dining options include three exquisite restaurants with seating for 250 guests. Event spaces encompass 7,213 square meters, suitable for a variety of occasions. Spa and wellness amenities include eight treatment rooms for men, one for women, and a fully-equipped fitness center. The spa team comprises 25 dedicated members focused on delivering premium services.

- At least one year of experience as a Butler or in a similar hospitality role.
