About the Role
Join the Global CIO Office as a Business and Strategy Analyst, where you will lead technology strategy, program management, business analysis, and executive governance for AI-driven digital transformation initiatives. This position entails collaborating closely with senior technology leaders to guide planning, execution, and value realization, bridging the gap between strategic goals and business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technology initiatives by overseeing planning, execution, progress tracking, and reporting aligned with the technology roadmap.
- Contribute to formulating enterprise technology strategies including AI, modernization, digital platforms, and cybersecurity programs.
- Work cross-functionally with technology and business teams to define performance standards, monitor outcomes, and manage project risks and dependencies.
- Develop program dashboards, executive communications, and steering committee presentations that translate technical updates to business impact.
- Conduct research and produce briefs on emerging tech trends such as AI and Agentic AI, strategic partnerships, and innovation opportunities.
- Support governance activities, annual planning, milestone monitoring, and benefit tracking.
- Coordinate complex program interdependencies to clarify scope, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
Technology Strategy and Research
- Engage in crafting technology roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational objectives.
- Leverage insights on business and technological trends to foster digital transformation and improve performance.
- Communicate complex technology strategies clearly to diverse audiences.
Technical Expertise
- Applied knowledge of emerging tools like Claude Code, Cowork, LangGraph.
- In-depth familiarity with Agentic AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data platforms, and enterprise technology frameworks.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint for executive presentations and storytelling, particularly for C-level audiences.
- Experience in strategic planning, PMO governance, KPI development, and portfolio management.
- Background in cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation projects.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration software such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow.
- Strong capabilities in Power BI, Excel, data visualization, and performance metrics reporting.
- Awareness of change management and organizational transformation practices.
Qualifications and Experience
- Educational background: B.Tech with an MBA.
- 6 to 10 years of professional experience in technology strategy, program management, corporate strategy, consulting, digital transformation, or PMO roles.
- Relevant certifications including PMP, ITIL, and advanced technology certifications in AI/ML, cloud, or cybersecurity.
- Experience working directly with C-suite executives and managing their expectations.
