Role Overview

As a Business Recruiter at Neko Health, you will play a crucial role in staffing General & Administrative (G&A) and other business functions. Collaborating closely with senior leaders, you will recruit for departments such as Marketing, Communications, People, Finance, Legal, Design, and Operations, ensuring quality hires that align with the company's growth and strategic objectives. The role demands strategic recruitment skills, a strong talent network, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment following a recent Series B funding.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts across G&A and business functions including People, Finance, Legal, Strategy, Marketing, Design, Communications, and Operations in the US and Europe.
• Implement proactive and innovative sourcing methods targeting diverse candidates from corporate, scale-up, and high-performance backgrounds.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning, role definitions, and hiring priorities.
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Neko's brand integrity and quality standards.
• Analyze recruitment pipeline data to identify challenges and optimize hiring processes continuously.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years recruiting experience in G&A or business function areas within fast-growing or complex organizations.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring talent from leading companies, high-growth startups, or mission-driven entities.
• Strong expertise in sourcing with a research-driven and creative approach to identify outstanding candidates.
• High degree of autonomy and comfort working in dynamic, rapidly evolving environments.
• Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to engage and influence senior stakeholders regarding hiring strategies.

Compensation: The salary range is approximately $136,800 to $152,000 per year.
