Role overview

JOOLA is looking for a Business Process Analyst to support its Enterprise Process Excellence work. In this role, you will partner with the Business Process Manager to map, document, and refine business processes across the company. A major part of the job is turning complex workflows into practical documentation and helping teams adopt new ways of working as the business expands into additional product categories and markets.

This is a practical, analytical position that touches multiple functions, including Order Management, Fulfillment, Sales, Finance, and Product. Success in the role depends on strong process analysis, crisp writing, and the ability to build productive relationships across departments.

Process mapping and documentation

  • Create current-state and future-state maps for workflows across O2C, P2P, GTM, and NPI activities.
  • Document complete process flows covering order entry, validation, prioritization, fulfillment coordination, routing, ASN, invoicing, and compliance.
  • Keep a living process repository up to date, including SOPs, flowcharts, and decision trees used for reference and onboarding.
  • Assist with documentation for inventory allocation processes, including FIFO rules, reserved inventory logic, and ATS/inventory feed design.

Process improvement and analysis

  • Spot manual handoffs, inefficiencies, and mistake-prone steps within the O2C workflow.
  • Review process data to measure the effect of inefficiencies and help rank improvement opportunities.
  • Suggest automation ideas for workflows and support execution with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and summarize the results of process improvement efforts over time.

Change management support

  • Help the Business Process Manager introduce process updates across departments.
  • Develop training content, quick-reference materials, and internal communication assets for new workflows.
  • Follow post-launch adoption levels and flag any gaps to the Business Process Manager.
  • Lead process walkthroughs and working sessions with stakeholders from different functions.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Partner with team leads and managers in Operations, Finance, Sales, and Product to learn how current processes work.
  • Run discovery sessions such as interviews, shadowing, and workshops to build accurate documentation of existing workflows.
  • Serve as a go-to resource for teams that need help documenting or improving their processes.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations, or another analytical role.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred; relevant practical experience can be accepted instead of a degree.
  • Strong ability to map and document processes, along with experience using tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, or similar.
  • Comfort working with operational data and turning patterns into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written communication skills, especially for creating clear SOPs and process documents for non-technical readers.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels and across departments.
  • Experience in consumer goods, wholesale/retail, or supply chain is helpful but not mandatory.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, plus familiarity with ERP or OMS platforms such as NetSuite and project tools like Asana or Notion.
