Role Summary

This position requires a versatile, analytical professional comfortable tackling a variety of ambiguous business challenges beyond typical operations coordination. Responsibilities vary weekly, including analyzing metrics, defining KPIs, participating in sales discussions, assisting with customer onboarding, and collaborating with product teams to resolve workflow issues. As part of the founding team, you will be entrusted to independently diagnose problems, propose solutions, and deliver completed outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational and financial data to assess performance, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
• Support sales efforts and customer onboarding as needed.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to identify pain points and advocate for workable solutions.
• Develop, document, and continuously refine operational processes.
• Launch new systems and tools, driving user adoption across teams.
• Serve as a liaison connecting product, finance, and customer-oriented teams to prevent or resolve issues.

Candidate Profile

• Strong analytical mindset favoring data-driven decisions; comfortable interpreting financial documents such as P&Ls and understanding unit economics independently.
• Keen adopter of AI technologies, passionate about automating processes where feasible.
• Highly flexible and willing to engage in diverse functions including sales, onboarding, and product specification.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain concepts clearly and gain rapid trust.
• Results-oriented with a focus on identifying problems and seeing them through to resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, healthcare, or regulated industries such as consulting or banking.
• 2 to 4 years of professional work experience.
