Position Overview
This contract role involves working remotely as a Business Operations and Analytics Specialist, committing between 10 to 40 hours per week. The compensation ranges between $50 to $60 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine operational data and performance indicators to spot trends and inefficiencies.
- Develop and improve dashboards and KPI reports to facilitate decisions grounded in data.
- Create and maintain process flow documentation and workflow analyses to generate actionable insights.
- Design clear visual materials to effectively present complex data and suggestions.
- Build evaluation rubrics and frameworks for assessing operational results.
- Convert data insights into brief, clear recommendations for a wide variety of business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Substantial relevant background in operations management, business analysis, or strategic roles.
- Advanced skills with business intelligence and KPI reporting software.
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities to simplify complex ideas.
- Practical experience with process documentation and enhancing workflows.
- Strong skills in interpreting data and creating visual summaries and charts for executives.
