What You’ll Do

• Act as the link between Operations and Technology teams, helping both sides work together smoothly.
• Spot operational issues and improvement opportunities, then design and roll out practical solutions that support innovation and growth.
• Convert technical concepts into operational language and explain operational needs back to technical teams to ensure shared understanding.

What We’re Looking For

• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills for data analysis and process automation.
• Python knowledge is considered a plus, especially for automation tasks.
• Strong critical thinking and structured analytical reasoning to tackle complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak with technical teams and present clearly to leadership.
