ARLink28 is a Pan-African company devoted to advancing travel and aviation throughout Africa by establishing an integrated network for flights, lodging, tourism, partnerships, and future airline ventures. Our mission centers on enhancing accessibility within Africa, supporting regional movement, highlighting African destinations, and creating reliable digital travel solutions that link travelers, enterprises, hospitality providers, and strategic collaborators continent-wide.
Job Summary
We are looking to expand our Pan-African development team with committed individuals located in Ethiopia or Uganda. Team members will play a vital role in advancing ARLink28's operations by contributing to business functions, partnership building, digital platforms, administrative tasks, research, communication efforts, tourism initiatives, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to inform strategic decisions.
- Engage in outreach to establish and maintain partnerships.
- Manage internal documentation and support operational planning.
- Assist in travel-related projects and digital development efforts.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and support company growth objectives.
Required Qualifications and Attributes
- Residence in Ethiopia or Uganda at the time of application.
- Possession of a valid international passport.
- Availability and willingness to travel as needed.
- A sincere interest in aviation, travel, tourism, or African developmental projects.
- Reliability, professionalism, flexibility, and a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
- Commitment to the long-term Pan-African vision of the company.
Prior experience in aviation or tourism is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates will primarily be evaluated based on their transferable skills, dedication, and potential to make significant contributions to the team.
