Position Overview
We are looking for eager professionals to join our telesales team at our Hannover or Berlin offices immediately. Utilizing your sales skills, you will convert pre-qualified leads into valuable sales opportunities for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a professional Hornetsecurity representative and primary contact for potential new customers.
- Engage with pre-qualified leads generated from events, webinars, campaigns, and other marketing efforts.
- Use your sales insight to identify pertinent contacts and decision-makers within target companies.
- Qualify leads via phone and email by assessing needs, interest, decision-making structure, timelines, and potential.
- Create qualified sales opportunities for our product portfolio and transfer them in an organized manner to Inside Sales or Key Account Management.
- Conduct professional initial conversations, uncover customer requirements, and present compelling benefit arguments tailored to our solutions.
- Maintain and record discussion outcomes, lead status, follow-up steps, and other relevant details diligently in our CRM system.
- Ensure diligent follow-up of leads and develop them through the sales funnel consistently.
Candidate Profile
- Completed commercial training such as a specialist in dialogue marketing or comparable business qualification.
- Experience in telesales focused on IT, preferably with a good understanding of SaaS solutions.
- Proven success in phone-based customer service and acquisition, demonstrating a strong hunter mentality.
- Exceptional sales skills: able to convert a "no" into a "yes" efficiently and charmfully over the phone.
- Quick-witted with the ability to respond to any situation swiftly.
- Creative and communicative, fluent in both German and English, in spoken and written forms.
- Highly motivated, resilient, flexible, and dedicated.
