About the Role
We are seeking a driven and innovative Business Development Officer to join our construction and real estate client team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The candidate will be instrumental in building and fostering relationships, creating new business avenues, and enhancing the company’s market presence within the industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture partnerships with industry professionals to generate business growth.
- Expand company visibility and maintain high brand awareness in the market.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to stay updated on market trends, competition, and client prospects.
- Report progress on business development activities and relevant metrics to senior management.
- Support and coordinate proposal preparation with marketing and project management departments.
- Plan and execute strategies for launching new services.
- Analyze business requirements to identify and evaluate new opportunities.
- Contribute to establishing annual sales targets.
- Prepare comprehensive business plans and market research reports.
- Build and maintain a network for referral generation and lead cultivation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in construction or real estate sectors.
- Strong skills in managing client relationships and negotiations.
- Proven independence in work and ability to thrive both individually and within team environments.
- Proficient presentation skills combined with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Experience in market research and strategic sales planning.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
- Demonstrated motivation for sales, professionalism, and comprehensive market knowledge.
- Key abilities include prospecting, sales planning, negotiation, and client engagement.
Additional Benefits and Terms
- Salary range: AED 8,000 to 12,000 per month.
