Role Overview
We are looking for a senior business development leader to steer growth initiatives for a commercial printing business based in Greater Noida. The position calls for someone who can combine strategic thinking, market insight, client handling, and team leadership to strengthen business presence and revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute business plans that support long-term growth.
- Lead and coordinate teams to deliver business development outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Study the market, track opportunities, and assess business trends.
- Engage non-sales teams in identifying and developing new business leads.
- Support expansion of the company’s market footprint and overall commercial performance.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should bring deep exposure to business development, along with proven leadership experience in the commercial printing sector. Familiarity with both digital printing and offset printing technologies is important for this role.
Eligibility
Applicants should have a B.B.A. or B.M.S. degree in any specialization.
Experience Required
A minimum of 15 years of experience in business development is required, including at least 8 years in a leadership position within the commercial printing industry.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is INR 45,00,000 to INR 60,00,000.
