Role Overview
Based full-time onsite in Siliguri, the Business Development Manager will play a vital role in implementing AstraGen's education solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with academic teams and school stakeholders to execute curriculum programs effectively. The role encompasses assisting with training workshops, collecting feedback from partner schools for continual enhancement, and communicating regularly with teachers and school leaders to maintain quality standards aligned with AstraGen's mission. Additionally, documenting activities and preparing report summaries for ongoing product and service improvements will be essential.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a school or office setting with strong team collaboration and engagement skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with educational technologies and digital tools, including basic office software and learning management platforms.
- Strong organizational abilities and time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities, keep accurate records, and meet deadlines.
- A background in education, pedagogy, or related fields is advantageous, along with experience interacting with schools or students.
- A bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Humanities, Business, or a similar area is preferred.
- Adaptability, eagerness to learn, and dedication to inclusive, learner-centered educational approaches.
