Business Development Executive

Overview

We seek an energetic and goal-driven Tele Sales Executive, preferably female, to become a valuable member of our team in Bhubaneswar, Orissa. We welcome candidates with telesales or telecalling experience as well as motivated freshers. The right applicant must demonstrate strong communication abilities and confidence while engaging customers via telephone.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Communicate effectively and build rapport with customers over calls.
• Utilize persuasive negotiation and sales techniques to close deals.
• Manage customer relationships to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Employ fundamental telesales and telecalling knowledge to generate leads.
• Convert incoming inquiries into confirmed sales opportunities.
• Perform diligent follow-ups and handle objections skillfully.
• Maintain a target-driven mindset accompanied by a positive outlook.
• Proficiently use MS Excel, MS Word, and fundamental computer tools to organize customer data and draft daily call summaries.
• Exhibit strong listening capabilities and resolve problems effectively.
• Manage time efficiently and collaborate well within a team environment.
• Show eagerness to learn innovative sales methods and adapt quickly.

Compensation

Remuneration ranges monthly between 15,000 and 35,000 INR.
