Role Overview

This full-time position, based onsite in Lucknow, involves identifying new business opportunities, generating and managing potential client leads, and nurturing relationships with clients within the social sector and CSR domains. The role also requires supporting account management activities and contributing to the formulation of growth strategies for the studio. The ideal candidate thrives in engaging with varied stakeholders and has a sincere interest in the values and missions of our clientele.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Identify and pursue new business leads to expand client base
• Manage and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate effectively to build trust and rapport with clients and partners
• Work proactively toward meeting targets and resolving issues promptly
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform business strategies (advantageous)
• Hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines
