About Vemigo

Role Summary

We are seeking energetic and motivated Business Development Executives to help broaden Vemigo's market footprint in Pune. Depending on personal strengths and interests, the role may focus on areas such as Customer Acquisition, Service Partner Acquisition and Development, Franchise Growth, or Strategic Partnerships and Local Business Expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business prospects across Pune.
  • Meet with potential customers, entrepreneurs, and business owners to discuss opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with service vendors, local enterprises, residential societies, corporate clients, and possible franchise partners.
  • Conduct detailed meetings, presentations, and demonstrations of Vemigo’s offerings.
  • Generate qualified sales leads and manage them through to successful closure.
  • Negotiate deals to finalize new business opportunities.
  • Carry out field marketing and promotional campaigns effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of leads, meetings, and follow-up actions.
  • Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales and development targets.
  • Uphold the professional image and values of the Vemigo brand at all times.

Candidate Requirements

  • Graduate in any field.
  • Preferably 1 to 3 years experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Customer Acquisition; however, fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Outstanding verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Confidence, persuasion skills, and a relationship-focused approach.
  • Willingness and ability to conduct fieldwork throughout Pune.
  • Possession of a motorcycle and a valid driving license is essential.
