About the Role
Netambit Value First Services Private Limited urgently requires Business Development Executives to work as field sales representatives. The position involves onboarding merchants by selling QR code smart box solutions at customer locations. The role is based in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, with other working locations including Ghaziabad, Sitapur, Prayagraj, Bareilly, Lakhimpur Kheri, Kanpur, and Ayodhya. Work location will correspond to the candidate's current address.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage directly with merchants to onboard them by selling QR code smart boxes at their shops.
- Conduct visits to customer locations as part of on-field sales operations.
- Revisit clients regularly to maintain relationships and encourage continued usage.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of 10th grade pass.
- Previous experience in similar roles is mandatory.
- Must own a two-wheeler for commuting purposes.
- Possession of a valid PAN card is required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranges from INR 21,000 to INR 25,000 CTC.
- Additional monthly travel allowance of INR 2,000.
- Performance-based promotions available within three months.
- Fixed weekly off on Sundays.
Additional Information
The position involves target-oriented sales; full salary is contingent upon meeting assigned targets. The work primarily involves open market sales of Mobile Quick service products using field sales HQ QR code sound box technology.
