Business Development Executive (BDE)

Company Introduction

HR Globe Recruitment Service is currently looking to hire a Business Development Executive for an IT firm specializing in robotic data collection.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities focused on commercial video data collection.
• Achieve a daily target of converting at least 8 new business clients.
• Focus on environments with multiple workers and two-shift systems including factories, manufacturing units, workshops, service centers, commercial kitchens, warehouses, printing and packaging units, and facility management operations.
• Fill out the business conversion form completely and accurately for every successful conversion on the same day.
• Ensure that every conversion corresponds to a real and contactable business that is pre-scheduled and ready for recording purposes.

Performance Standards

You should maintain a minimum weekly conversion rate of 50 businesses; any week falling below this should be avoided.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in any field sales role.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is mandatory.
